My son absolutely enjoyed his gaming birthday “surprise” party with his friends. The booking process was easy. I received a call the day before the party to confirm all the details. The day of the party they arrived early to set up. The gaming coach was present in the truck the entire time and took care of the kids’ gaming needs quickly. The only issue is that it was a bit warm inside the gaming truck. Not sure if it didn’t have AC or if it was broken. They had some portable fans going though.
They showed up on time. They were very professional and courteous. The truck was very clean. The children enjoyed themselves. This was two hours well spent. I think the parents enjoyed getting on there and playing a game of two as well. Just an excellent overall experience. I will definitely do it again.
The GameTruck was an amazing experience. I want to give a special shoutout to the game coach who was assigned to our party. He was so helpful and made the party that much more special! He was great with the kids and very professional. 10/10 experience.
Great experience from start to finish! The booking process was simple and easy. Customer service was top notch. The coach on the truck was kind, respectful and courteous. He was great with the kids. Super helpful to them. He was patient and kind. The truck arrived on time was set up and ready to go on time. I will definitely be a repeat customer and have already been sharing what a pleasant experience I had.
My son loved having the game truck for his birthday and to share this moment with his friends. The truck was air conditioned well for the summer heat. The person on site was great in his communication. Thanks for making this day special for my son!
