I set an appointment for 1:15, showed up 5 mins early sat down next to a gentleman waiting. The guy next to me was greeted and sat down at 1:15. Chris didn't say anything to me when he saw me, and no text telling me he was running behind or anything. I had to interrupt their convo to ask about my set appt and he said, I'll get to you when I m done with this guy. No apology or explanation.
