Stay away from this place, the Rep Andy (fat pale guy with glasses) refused to do a trade in on a perfectly good console. Asked why he spoke in a monotone voice and just repeating "unfortunately I can't accept this for trade in" I drove to the gamestop on 18th Avenue and the reps there took care of my trade in with zero issues. Stay away from this place. I called corporate to report this rep. And the store for its vibe.
Great staff. Always have a good laugh in here. Only reason I'm giving 5 stars. Checking out can take awhile doe
