best gamestop experience ever I visited this gamestop and was surprised by one specific employee. His name was Jo and he was a wonderful help. I was trying to find a game for my nephew who loves rpg games and I wanted to know some of the bests ones that were out there. He knew everything about each game I asked about and was completely honest about ones that were not worth my money. I appreciated him and will be going back to that gamestop for many more visits.
Need lots of games With a house full of guys, a good game is a must have. When ever we go to the mall, we have to stop at Software Etc. Most of the time we don't leave empty handed. You can put deposits down for new released games. They guys love the game, I love the prices There is no other place I would rather go to get gaming stuff.
Great Game store They have a very friendly staff and they know their stuff. I ask them a question and their already answering it before I finish. They have a wide variety of games for all systems. Since I have plenty of gaming councles, I'm always looking for new and exciting games to play and they have that wide variety for me. Also there are plenty of used games that I can pick up for cheap.
Excellent Phone Customer Service These days, it is rare to have your call answered by a sales person instead of a machine particularly the day after Christmas. I called the Richardson Gamestop and was greeted with a pleasant sales person who checked inventory quickly and held the games I was looking for. She did not put me on hold and she made me feel that my inquiry was the only thing that mattered (I have not experienced this in years!). Super Job "They have the usual selection of video games. There are many PS2 games, which is what I go to look for. If you are a gamer they have a wide selectin of games for most types of systems.
Big Selection They have a ton of video games to choose from here. You can get any system and any game, just about. They have a discount bin with a ton of games in it. If you're a video game junky, check it out.
Great Place to find that game! Gamestop is a great place to find new and used games. Their prices are great and they have a money-back guarantee that the game works. Sure, not all may have manuals or cases, but they work and they're cheap!!!
Good place to buy used games or game systems This is a great place to buy used game systems or games. The prices are very reasonable. They have some displays set up where you can play the games. It's a relaxed atmosphere. The salespeople are helpful. As a parent, I am not sure that I would trust the judgement of the employees in helping me choose games for my children.
