My recommendation: The gamestop company as a whole gets 0 stars, but this store by itself gets 5 stars. ordered a basic PS4 from GameStop online. When it came in, the PS4 was a refurbished console (which was not stated online before I ordered it), and it was not working. I took it to this store and was assisted by Joey. They had no other basic PS4 consoles in stock so I was offered a refurbished PS4 slim in exchange (I payed the cost difference). great staff they helped me with what I was looking for and they took the time with me
So the location overall is pretty awesome, mainly cause I got to geek out over Legend of Zelda with the guy that was working there Monday and Tuesday afternoon this week. Today though? The ones working there were rude on every level. Aside from asking me if I needed any help and getting me the game I was looking for, I was completely ignored while actually buying the game; and I was the only person aside from the two of them in the store.
