Unhelpful and rude for no reason. This is my first Google review but took the time to share my experience, so hopefully you avoid them.
I bought 3 slot, one stand up arcade game and a pinball machine. One had an issue and he fixed it quickly just by telling me what to remove and bring to him. Once I get the part back home and installed it worked like new! Great customer service.
Rude. Rude. Rude. Called about a slot machine and before even hearing my question I got “uh huh and no I don’t work on them” He didn’t even know what I was gonna ask. 30 second phone call with 25 seconds of being smart mouth.
