Offers presale for new yugioh sets. Closes then provides no info, states that orders are shipped on 8/1 but no movement on that front. Then refuse to answer phone or check facebook page. Extremely inappropriate behavior from a business. Willing to change review if issues are addressed but right now would rate 0 stars.
company closes as new set comes out without shipping pre-orders. Trash business practice. Should be giving out refunds for pre-orders
Thought it would be the best business decision to hype up pre-orders, then close the shop for an entire month immediately after the orders were supposed to ship out. False advertising to the highest degree. Refunds should be given
