The owner, Joshua Stewart, is the epitome of unprofessional. Unable or unwilling to deliver finished product and has to be literally harassed to respond to inquiries. Stay away from him no matter what his business is.
Order a custom arcade cabinet a year ago. Paid for it and was supposed to receive it within 6-8 weeks. Never received it. They dropped off of the map. Took down their ETSY page. Won't answer their phone or reply to emails. Complete fraud. Were originally listed as being in NY and now they are located in Cincinnati, OH. Have now opened a fraud claim against them.
