I ask them to repair my son’s tablet. It takes 1.5 day. Very good communication, reasonable price and also nice shop.
I was panicking over my broken phone, only finding fixes that cost over $200—even considering ordering the parts and trying to repair it myself. Then I found this place, known for great results at reasonable prices. They returned my phone fully functional and running smoothly. The entire process took less than a day and came to a discounted price of only a $100. Highly recommend if you're looking to get your electronics fixed!
I brought in my Nintendo Switch for repair and was prepared to pay the $100 Nintendo was asking for for a diagnosis. They offered to diagnose it for free, and while they ultimately weren't able to fix it (it was a dead GPU), they didn't end up charging me at all. A shame, but the staff were straightforward, communicative and I am satisfied with the service!
I cannot reccomend this place enough. My nephews totalled the joystick on my PS5 Controller. I thought I'd have to buy a nw one, but thank god I brought it in. It took Will (repairman) 10 mins to fix it. He was incredibly nice and the entire experience was quick and pleasant. I've had to buy a new controller every year, sometimes more often than that, but I'll just be bringing them here from now on.
