Good repair, bad overall customer experience. Went in to get an HDMI port fixed for my PS5. Called before handing it in to confirm repair time and price. Person on the phone said it could be done same day it brought in early. Brought it in early and a was told it would be done two days later. Needed it fixed so I was okay with that even though I was misled. Sunday comes and the guy tells me they needed an extra part and it would be done on Monday.
