Just got off the phone with Chris. Told him I had to cancel due to me moving locations and his attitude was very poor. Didn’t ask for any of my info and just said he canceled my subscription. I asked if I needed to do anything and he said no and told me goodbye and hung up the phone. Very poor service.
The team here is extremely welcoming, professional and friendly. Everyone was very informative and was able to answer any questions that I had. If your thinking about TRT, definitely come here.
