I was a patient at Gameday Men’s Health Sacramento until I relocated out of state in February 2026. I notified the clinic of my move and requested cancellation of my services. Despite this, I continued to be charged for February, March, April, and May for services I could not receive because I no longer lived in California. When I eventually brought the issue to their attention again, the clinic acknowledged the cancellation problem but only refunded one month of charges. If you are on the fence about TRT, do yourself a favor and visit the Sacramento clinic. I didnt know what to expect from this place. I can tell you one thing, the staff is so freaking amazing ! My over all experience was better than what I could have ever imagined. The process was super smooth. Im so happy I stopped by, thanks everyone for being so great to me.
