Best gym in the area for busy adults looking to maximize their time spent in the gym! I was thoroughly impressed by their programming, layout of the gym, and how clean everything always is. The individual station based training gives each person plenty of room to operate while the coaches give their attention readily.

Coach Darius has been incredible! After having my kids and starting a new demanding job, I knew I needed to get back into a workout routine, but I always felt like I didn’t have the time. Darius is an amazing coach! He made getting back into working out easy and fun. He’s motivating, supportive, and has great positive energy. I really have been enjoying the Game Changer atmosphere. The small group personal training is just what I needed and what I was looking for. I feel very comfortable there and definitely feel a difference in my overall strength and health. Would definitely recommend!
