I just hit my four year anniversary with Gamechanger, and I cannot say enough great things about this place, and the coaches in particular. It is so nice and refreshing to walk into the gym every day, be greeted by name, and have a great workout with a lot of support (and modifications when needed - throughout pregnancy, post-partum, and injuries). I joined GameChanger six months ago in search of a smaller gym with personalized training. The experience has been fantastic! Workouts are different every time and the trainers know exactly how to motivate you. Kudos to Mike, Steven and Luis for creating a friendly and fun gym-going experience. This is a total GameChanger!
Great training staff, aware of any restrictions and/or issues and modifies exercises as necessary. Haven’t done weight training for some time and this gym/program has exceeded my expectations
