I had the pleasure of taking my sons to get trained by Jamel and Grant. After a few months my sons conditioning, coordination, strength, and overall athletic performance increased a lot. If you are on the fence to take your kids it’s worth it!

Had a great training with Jamel. Got to know more of the staff like Mr. C and everyone was very kind. The kinds can’t wait to go back. I saw them improve every session. Money well spent.
