I am 65 years old, multiple doctors told me I could not run again. Jackie Guerra examined me, gave me some exercises and slowly got me to run starting with a short distance. Today, I do all the exercises she recommended, and I run 6 miles regularly with no pain at all, few months ago I completed a half marathon with no pain. Jackie gave me opportunity to run again, and I am forever grateful.
