We were looking for a gym closer to home for our son to continue strength, mobility, agility, plyometrics, and speed training between his competitive basketball seasons; thankfully, we found Game Ready Fitness. The classes and instruction, provided by CJ and his coaches, were perfectly geared toward the kids’ abilities and age. My daughter broke her leg in a softball accident and wanted to find someone to help her maintain her physical health and stamina. We called around and not many CrossFit places were willing to work with her while injured. Luckily CJ was willing to take a look and see what he could do. He modified everything and tailored her physical routine to match her restrictions. My 16 yr old and 10 yr old boys have been going here for a while now. Amazing gym for kids to learn. This is truly a great place for kids to develop athletically.
