I'd give half a star if I could, placed a simple order 4 days ago for a shirt and for it to be personalized for my 4yo daughter. I get called today saying they can not fulfill my order with no real reason as to why. I have bought a shirt here and had a backpack personalized here before with no issues. What I'm trying to make a point of is, let your past issues stay in the past and run your business respectively. I wanted to have my mask embroidered with my schools logo and we had told them how we wanted it to look and when i got it back the logo was upside down. So now i have to wear my mask upside down which is really frustrating. Especially having to pay $9.20 for it to not even be the way i wanted it. Also i had made designs for the perryton high school bass fishing team and they claimed it as their own and wanted to charge the adviser for a logo i had made.
