All the staff were amazing at helping me get my preorder in! Very Friendly and helpful! I think it was Grant who did a great job at figuring out things for me
I enjoy coming here - the staff is great! Davis in particular is really helpful whenever I come in.
on may 6th i was told the destined rivals pre release was sold out. today, i was informed by a friend whos attending that someone showed up and bought six spots. lots of us were basically lied to about spots being open, not cool.
All the staff here are always so kind to my boys and we love going here for our Pokemon events!
The store was very well organized and clean. I had a great experience!
