I would give zero stars if I could. I have had two terrible experiences at this auto spa. The woman who directs you into the lane is awful, she doesn’t even try to get your vehicle in without hitting your rims. First incident-I went directly to AutoSpa from the car dealership where I had my wheel worked on. My truck went up on the rail and came down hard doing major damage to the rim. Went early this morning . Always a good experience . Quick and friendly..
They broke off the cover for the child seat hook in the back and when I told them they denied it and then gave me attitude. I had just taken out the car seat so the back could be cleaned and it was fine. When I got the car back it was broken. A simple apology would have gone a long way. There was a line of people who were already done who walked back in to have spots cleaned that were missed. Don’t think I’ll be coming back. They rushed to get me through and couldn’t even be bothered to dry it completely. Floor mat soaking wet. And I don’t think the back seat was vacuumed at all. And it wasn’t even a busy day.

Oh my gosh where do I begin? Today I decided to finally try the auto spa to get my oil changed. Everyone that helped me was so above and beyond in their customer service and friendly. It was amazing. The best part was that I could stay in the car during the oil change. I have a four-year-old and all parents know the absolute value of not having to get out of the car anywhere with a toddler! LOL. This place has changed my life and they’ve gained a new forever customer!! Thank you!!!
Not coming here again. I've been coming here for years and they've never done a great job, but it's easier than doing it myself. I went today specifically because I needed the seats in my SUV vacuumed because I was on my way to pick up folks at the airport and my dog had tracked grass and bits of leaves on the seats. They didn't touch the seats even though I paid for the package that says "interior vacuuming". Couldn't find a manager and didn't have time to hunt one down.
