The owner Hector Gamboa is my parents neighbor. Moved into our neighborhood 3 years ago, screams at his wife and kids daily to the point neighbors come out to see what’s happening, every time he waters his property he completely floods mine and despite being asked politely multiple times and even having the police ask him multiple times to stop he continues.
