Gambler’s Oasis is the best for purchasing a slot machine. My wife and I purchased a Double Diamond IGT slot and it looks and plays like new. We had to wait because of their order backlog, but it was worth it. Their packing of the machine for shipping was great. They used bubble wrap, water proof wrap, enclosed it in a cardboard box, and placed on a wood skid. They updated us every date as to the delivery status in transit. Getting our machine was easy. It was a sale for them, so why not?! Contacting them when you need a part or troubleshooting is almost impossible. They say they get hundreds of calls per day, but to send them an email for faster response. Still no response even though THEY told us when last we spoke that Mike would call us the following week. That was in July. They seem like nice guys and the sale and delivery was easy and went perfectly, but it seems that any follow up necessary is not very important to them. Poor customer service, they don't respond well. I will go somewhere else!
From the moment I ordered a slot machine, till the next day I decided to get a different one, till the delivery, went so smooth with Mike the owner. Fantastic person to deal with, and the machine is like practically new!! The whole experience was totally a pleasure. There is only one problem, my wife won't share, I might have to buy another one!! Thanks Mike!!!
