It's a very convenient gym. I can come there, knock out some exercise and leave. No sales pressure, no contract BS and nobody screaming as they lift some heavy weight. No posers either. It's chill. I really like it.

Great gym for such a small town. If your on vacation or passing through needing a gym to drop into, look no further. This gym has everything you need from cardio, power racks, machines, kick boxing and even oly lifting. Machines and racks are a little dated but refurbished and function phenomenally. They all hit targeted areas perfectly. I've done oly lifting, power lifting, crossfit and body building and this gym has everything for those types of lifters.
