HORRIBLE customer service!!!!!!! I ordered dinner at 6:30pm on a Tuesday night after arriving at my hotel. At 8:10pm I called the restaurant to inquire as to why my dinner hadn't been delivered when I already received the confirmation email and my credit card HAD BEEN CHARGED the full amount. The "manager" girl I spoke to told me she didn't receive my online order, my card was never charged and that it was my problem, not hers or the restaurant's!
