I plan on reporting this guy to the bar association. Thomas Gambino repeatedly implied I could “work off” my bill for his legal services. To make matters worse, I lost custody of my daughter because of his complete lack of attention to my case. If you have another option you have a better option. But if you’re stuck with him, and you’re a woman, under no circumstances should you be alone with him at his office, or he might try to press up against you like he did to me
Unfortunately, a "1" is the lowest rating I could give. I would give lower if I could. Mr. Gambino was preoccupied with running for family court judge, while he was supposed to be defending me in family court. He had the nerve to brag about not taking notes. And the effects of it were apparent.... He was constantly advocating for the other side, and trying to get me to settle despite the reams of evidence, hours of recordings, and photos of alienating text messages of my ex.
