1 is too high of a rating to award this man. This man couldn’t get your kid out of detention. If you are assigned his council, you are better off motioning for a lawyer change immediately. He will lie to you. He will tell you he filed documents, and in the meantime, the plaintiffs attorney has never even heard from him.
Save your money and time. He was a very terrible lawyer. His stories kept changing about my case. When I was about to complain about him to the bar association, he wanted to return my money immediately.
I plan on reporting this guy to the bar association. Thomas Gambino repeatedly implied I could “work off” my bill for his legal services. To make matters worse, I lost custody of my daughter because of his complete lack of attention to my case. If you have another option you have a better option. But if you’re stuck with him, and you’re a woman, under no circumstances should you be alone with him at his office, or he might try to press up against you like he did to me
