William and his team at GAMAX helped us with our move-in deep cleaning and we were pleasantly surprised by their thoroughness and professionalism dealing with all the details of the entire 3-story 4000+ house. After the Palisades fire we resort to William again for deep clean and soot/ash remediation, William went all the way to the fire zone to help assessment and go to get the contractor pass in person.
