Izakaya style in Surrey? GAMAMARU SHOKUDO IS SOMETHING YOU NEEED TO TRY! we don't have too many spots like this in Surrey so it's a nice to have! Of course if you go to the other cities they have similair I'm not saying this is THE BEST Ever but for what they have for where they are IT'S PERFECT! Surreys own izakaya style! You like Soju? Beer? Somaek? Skewers? More beer? More soju? GAMAMARU SHOKUDO stop by and have a good time make memories!
I rarely leave reviews for restaurants but this place is truly a gem in surrey! Food was perfect and great portions. Loved the Brie cheese and sukiyaki. Two of my favourites when I’m in downtown so it’s great to have an option close to home. Service was also so lovely and food came out quickly. It was also super clean, with great music playing.
Amazing food at reasonable prices. The hot pot is super hearty.
