Order a part for our Mill. Gave specs over the phone. All specs, even for the key ways. Shipped the wrong part. Got back on the phone to fix the issue. I was told we would have to pay for the new part, and they would pay for shipping. Basically split the cost. Didn't want to argue about it, so I went along with it. Got the invoice. They charged us for new part and shipping. Contacted them, and now they are saying it was our fault, and we were charged for everything. Horrible customer service.
