i never write bad reviews but this is genuinely the worst service we’ve ever experienced— and since it’s a medical facility i needed to make this known. we waited at the receptionist’s desk for 20 mins and the girls were in the back gossiping completely ignoring us waiting, they even had several calls ring in to the office that they kept missing. we had to leave because we were tired of waiting. we came back a while later and the receptionist is like we don’t do x rays cause they’re short staffed… like is this not a clinic… ... read more

-1/10 My experience at this scan centre was extremely disappointing. Both the receptionist and the technician were very rude and unprofessional. Patients are treated poorly, with no consideration or empathy—especially concerning for pregnant women. The ultrasound printout was given without an envelope or proper glossy paper, and even then, the image was poorly printed with incomplete information. Rude receptionist doesn’t even say bye when she hang up phone, very rude and doesn’t appreciate she have a job in this bad economy. Very miserable lady always talking and enjoying with staff while patient waiting. Bad phone manners and during my last appt she was very distracted and acts as patient is annoyance and inconvenience for her while she’s talking and laughing with staff member
