Yesterday I went there around 3 ‘o clock one lady was sitting at the reception she was so rude ,her talking of way very bad if she get this position so need to learn basic Manners how to treat with others.
Terrible. Wait times horrible. Front desk service -horrible. No urgency. Xray tech, 20 minutes late. They all hate their jobs.
Good service . The receptionist Dinal was professional as well as the ultrasound technician.
I visited this location today for my ultrasound, and Simran was the one who assisted me. She was very kind, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. I truly appreciated her approach and would highly recommend her to anyone.
The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the process. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently. Great experience with Scan Tech Simran! Highly recommend their services!
