Overall experience is nice…the receptionist at the counter is always nice and welcoming
No one answers the phone. 10 calls in 2 hours and no one answered, put on hold by the bot for more than 13 minutes. I guess they don't want customers to call.
I don't typically write reviews, but the treatment we received from the receptionist today was absolutely unacceptable. The way she treated my family member was rude, disrespectful, and downright hostile. There’s no excuse for that, no matter what kind of day she’s having. If she ever pulls that again, I will make it my mission to ensure her career is over. Nobody should be treated like that, and I’ll do whatever it takes to make sure she doesn’t get away with it again.
We needed to get an ultrasound urgently , Luckily got it within an hour of calling , visit experience was also good.
I needed an ultrasound in emergency and they took my request very seriously and complete my test. They went out of their way to help as they only take patients appointment basis only. Great team and great service
