I was very pleased with the soft-story retrofit job that Galvic Construction and Development did for one of our properties. They were super easy to work with, were very responsive to all our suggestions, worked well with our engineer, and made the process painless for me and for my tenants. What I liked best was that they included many 'little extras' that needed to be done but were not within their scope of work outlined in the contract. No extra charges. I would certainly do business with them again.

I cannot recommend Galvic highly enoughl They are fair and professional and very knowledgable. They have a work ethic that is not seen too often today. It is a pleasure to deal with them. If you want your job done well, call Galvic.
