So grateful for the Galvez team! We are fairly new to Arizona and our AC died in the middle of July. Thankfully our landlord recommended Galvez Air Conditioning and Refrigeration! They were able to squeeze us in and asses the issue by the end of a very stressful day, and after ordering parts overnight, completely fixed the issue by the next morning. Would recommend this company to anyone looking for a true honest company for their AC. AC stopped working this morning and had a different company come out first…was quoted over 12k and told the entire system needed to be replaced over a small leak. Had Galvez come out for a second opinion and was literally quoted a fraction of the cost AND he found 3 additional leaks the other company did not. Great customer service, same day repair!
We are very impressed with the Galvez team. From first phone call to completion, they were professional, courteous and prompt. The project went just as Jose explained it would. Will definitely call them again as the need arises.
Mr Galvez and his team at Galvez Air recently replaced our AC system. Jose came out in person to review the job and go through the contract with me line by line. On the day of the job, the team arrived as scheduled and finished at the estimated time. They were clean and professional. We barely knew they were there. All pricing was fair and up front, no surprises. The areas where they worked were left as good or better than when they started. Highly recommended!
