We recently had a patio cover built by these guys. The staff were operationally efficient and appeared skilled. That being said, the billing was a bit confusing, so make sure to clarify all costs upfront. The cover itself looks durable and fits well with our home's design. Overall, not much to complain about beside the billing issue.
Galveston Patio Cover Builders worked on our patio this summer, and I must say, they did a good job. Everything was done on time and within budget. I've had bad experiences with contractors before, but these people restored a bit of my faith in hiring help. The patio makes out backyard look fantastic now. I had a patio cover installed by Galveston. They were okay, the installation was mostly fine. The staff who came were really friendly but they did leave a bit of a mess behind. I had to follow up with them a couple of times on the finishing touches. The cover looks nice, but I hope it lasts long. Overall, decent job but a few improvements could be made.
