Ashley C completely stopped replying when I was actively trying to buy an insurance policy through her. Disappointing and unprofessional. I had to start the process over and luckily was able to purchase a better policy elsewhere.
A Bit Rude and Dismissive. I called to get a quote on flood insurance quote, was put on hold, and then abruptly told that they did not do single policies. Instead of asking me why I was only purchasing flood, or if I would like to switch the other policies over (which I would have bc I don't like my current agent), they simply dismissed me.
I had a great experience with GIA. It all started when I called to ask a few questions and the receptionist Marisa was very kind, helpful and happy. The insurance agents are knowledgeable and helpful.
Ashley Cermeno was amazing, short notice to get coverage bound, jumped through hoops from my previous inept broker. Her experience in the industry is priceless and will pay GIA dividends in the future. Thank you, Ashley for all your assistance, I will fill your funnel with references because of your customer service!
