Had a cyst removed from my face today. The Dr and staff are great. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Their rates are very affordable.
Had an appointment this past Monday, took my insurance no problem. Had a removal, fast, easy, and comfortable. Dr. Sanchez was great as were the nurses. The results of the biopsy were also told to me just a few days after the removal. One of the best dermatologists I’ve been to.
Disappointing drawn-out billing challenges. The appointment overall was okay (looking at an issue with my son's toe and toenail). The office needed a pair of clippers for the toenail sample and said they "didn't have one onsite that day", so we ran to a nearby store and purchased one for them so they could get the sample. We weren't too bothered by that, but following the appointment their billing system failed to bill insurance properly. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I saw the physicians assistant, who was fantastic. She listened, and explained everything thoroughly. I would gladly refer them to friends and family.
They were very kind, I got in on time and they were very professional. I had the treatment and he even took Medicare. I will use him again!!
