Best cycle studio you will ever step foot in. GCS - is super clean with the best instructors, they motivate you, and take the time to teach how cycling should be done. The VIBE and ENERGY is EVERTHING!! At the end of your workout, you MUST opt to receive this heavenly (ice cold) lavender towel, you'll thank me later. Jaree, and her team are encouraging, supportive, and a true GOD send to me personally.
