Condo manager has the personality of a rock. He was rude to his employees and unhelpful to me as the customer. Only one key available for our room. He begrudgingly made us a second one. But never said a single word to us and had zero eye contact. We waited for him nearly 20 minutes. Once the housekeeper finally got the key to work, we walked in a smelly and disgusting condo.
