The WHOLE team at Galveston Birth Center was able to advocate for our family to have the birth we wanted. From the first consultation visit to the last postpartum follow up and BEYOND they have exceeded every expectation. You can fully entrust your babies care to them. We look forward to taking that journey again with them in the future.
We had a very successful home birth at 40 weeks 5 days and labor was about 4 hours, or less. Due to the quick labor Lisa and Jaymee made it to our home within minutes of our little man’s arrival. Delivery didn't go completely as planned but everything went perfectly because my body is fearfully and wonderfully made. Thank you to Jaymee, Lourdes, and Lisa for making our pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum care the best experience we could of possibly had. We are blessed and our hearts are full!
I have had two natural births at the Galveston Birthing center and I wouldn’t want it any other way. The teams there makes you feel like every visit is just chatting with a best friend while somehow maintaining an incredible level of professionalism and giving you all the information that’s needed. I’m so grateful to have found In Bloom Midwifery and the Galveston Birth Center for my second pregnancy. Jaymee made me feel so comfortable and valued, which is NOT something that all providers can (or will) do. They were loving and attentive, always responding when I had a question or concern.
