The owner has been caught stealing revenue from us multiple times (we had proof that we had renters in our property, but didn't receive payment for it). After making up excuses/lies, she eventually gave us our payments. When I emailed the other property owners that used GBR (using her distribution list from an email she had previously sent), I received responses from almost 40% of them that had similar issues with GBR. Very unprofessional and dishonest. Would NOT recommend them as a property owner.

Respond..... not likely. After paying my full balance for a month rental on Flipkey I was told that the owner was pulling their house from this rental service. It has now been 72 hours and Galveston Beach rental has not confirmed with FlipKey that my reservation has been canceled by the owner. My $2,500 is being held hostage by both Galveston Beach Rentals and FlipKey....would never use either of these services again.
