I’m a very experienced healthcare provider and know what good care should be. My wife had cardiac arrest a few months ago. It took this joke of an EMS system over 10 minutes to arrive and the Paramedic showed absolutely zero urgency in anything that she did. After defibrillating my wife she gave no further care. My husband was having a seizure and these “EMT’s” just stood there looking at him. When I asked if they could do something instead of stand around, this guy gave me such an attitude and said “no that’s not how this works” to which I replied “please inform me of how this works because you’re not doing anything” he then mimicked me to the other female EMT. There was absolutely no hospitality whatsoever and I cannot believe people like that are allowed to work in that position with those attitudes. DO BETTER!!
