I started with Dr. Silva a few years ago and I must say she is AMAZING!! I can now smile. I was hesitant because of the reviews but the reviews are just people who don't want to pay their bill. She has never over charged me and has done a wonderful job on my teeth. I've spoken to patients in the waiting room and she has had her patients for over 40 years, so that meant alot to me. She was very friendly and helped me with my fear of seeing a dentist. Her staff is awesome and very polite. I would recommend her to everyone.
This dentist did not care enough to investigate my complaint about pain after a simple cavity filling. I had to go to another dentist to remove debris that was left behind. I refused to pay for her negligent service so she billed me for 6 years until the account accumulated ample fees then sent it to collections. The nerve of her!
DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!! She was so friendly and welcoming at first, but as time went on she would say I needed this much work, then she would forget what she said. I would ask about a certain procedure and what it all entails. When it was time for the procedure it was altogether different. I went to another Dentist for 2nd opinion, came back to her and told her I no longer wanted to see her, and I would like my records forwarded. Dr. Silva is an artist! She has the latest stuff in her office and she actually really cares about you. I was embarrassed of my teeth before and I decided to have lumineers. She did such a beautiful job. She changed my life! I would absolutely recommend her!
This doctor is a CROOK. I made an appointment for a filling because one of my incisors chipped and I walked out with bonding on my two front teeth! I never asked for it and they definitely didn't ask me if I wanted bonding. They do whatever they can in order to bill your insurance and charge you more money. Do not go to this dentist. Everyone I know who went there has similar stories about her doing anything she can just to charge insurance.
