Overcharged Be aware, that if you contact Patrick Ellis, Wipfli via email or phone you are charged per minute and/or word. There is not a detailed bill, everything is an "analysis". Looking up the name of an appraiser cost me more than the appraisal itself. I wrote a letter to Wipfli explaining my disappointment and never received a reply back. Wipfli is too large a corporation to care about one person, they are more interested in putting the smaller accounting firms out of business, therefore charging outrageous prices.
