If you are considering a renovation, I would absolutely contact Galt. We were lucky enough to learn about them after we experienced a “Made for TV” renovation disaster with another contractor. The only regret we have is that we wished we would have contacted them first and saved ourselves the money, time, and heartache from the other builder. We hired Galt for our renovation/addition in 2017 and were very pleased with our experience. Love that you get the architect access without the additional fees and loved the plans that Eli drew for us (we had a few contractors do the same and his were our favorite by far). They allowed us to stay in the home, which I am sure slowed the process but saved us the headache and expense of moving. The project stayed on target with cost and time. Can’t say enough about the great experience we had working with Galt. They were able to help us execute a true design-build addition to our home that flows seamlessly with our existing space.
