Sounds like they haven't gotten more competent since my last visit. They claim you have cavities that other dentists do not. They delay obviously needed care until it becomes expensive. Getting your teeth cleaned is 2 appointments. One for an exam , as if you're a new patient, and one for the cleaning which no other office I have been to does. And on top of it all the place is dirty and I am neither a neat freak nor a germ phob.
I have my wisdom tooth removed and that Dr is rude as heck im not going to that dentist again period.
Ive already posted a review, but I wanted to post another after following up with another dental surgeon. I was advised NOT to have my wisdom teeth fully extracted. The top need to stay in as they are not causing issues but if theyre taken out, id have a hole in my upper nasal cavity because of how deep the roots run. Id also lose the tooth next to it because my roots curl into the other tooths roots. For my bottom teeth, he recommended a coronectomy, which is leaving roots and cutting the top of the tooth. First. I recieved a poor dental cleaning. It barely did a thing, and it was very short. Second. No one answered the phone at the front office. I called 10+ times in one day at varying times for a few days trying to contact them with questions and concerns for an upcoming wisdom tooth extraction surgery. I tried to contact them to reschedule appointments too. If their follow up was this bad without an emergency, I couldn't fathom what I might have to go through if the wisdom tooth surgery went wrong. You guys need to stop sacrificing hygiene and the quality of your office as well as you very much lacking bedside manner for a couple extra bucks. Insane. Who doesn’t wrap their instruments?? That’s a breeding ground for bacteria and infection
