I scheduled my dad’s appointment 2-3 times , every single time , they said they’re short staff, staff kids are sick , and they’re leaving early and it’s already happened 2-3 times , I really don’t know why, they told me to schedule the appointment at a first and call me like sometimes later and cancel the appointment with some kind of this reason , I really don’t like this , and that’s the reason I am giving them 0-1 star . I wish I can give them 0 star . Very bad service . Don’t go over here .
I'm 70 years old and just moved to Galt with my wife for our retirement. Unfortunately I've had a lot of dental work done in the past so I've had a lot of experience with Dentists. This Dentist is highly skilled and friendly. I can't understand why he has so many poor reviews. He does good quality work at a reasonable price.
They trespassed.me.today for.asking to use the restroom which shocker was.broken again. Then when I said what you guys.hold.it all day . They said I was aggressive and called the cops. Then they said I didn't fill out all my paper.work when I asked.what did I miss They would.not say . These people are homophonic racist who treat their clients like garbage . You say anything they call the cops
Front desk not professional! Schedule else where if you can. Avoid wasting your time here.
Terrible bedside manner, poor quality treatment. You are treated like a customer in a fastfood drive thru. After extraction there is nothing, they just tell you bite down on gauze and go. No cleaning of the extraction site, no stitches, nothing. So you go home bleeding to death the with tiny scrap of gauze they give you. I'd rather pay cash and save up to go somewhere else because while insurance covered this the poor bedside manner and treatment quality isn't worth it. This place needs shut down.
