When you are a parent of a special needs child it's hard finding resources and fighting for your child. It can be a lonely place. But then I met Dana who led me to Myra, our lives are forever changed. She's amazing! I have never felt such a huge weight off my shoulders before. They're helping us through the process with our son and have been amazing.
When we need help as parents, we don't know where to turn, or who to turn to for help. Galt Advocacy was there, and Myra is amazing!! Her staff was compassionate, helpful, informative, walked me through each step, and helped me to breathe! They cared, held my hand, and made it all happen! The team at Galt Advocacy exceeded our expectations on every level. They returned our call within hours and we received assistance over the next several weeks to resolve our issue with IHSS. It was a complex issue that certainly required a strong knowledge of how the process works and how to deal with the situation. We would highly recommend using the Galt Advocacy team.
I'm blown away on how much Galt cares not only for their clients but the entire family. Myra is such a blessing and her staff are treasures.
