I cannot recommend this avian vet highly enough. Dr Cathy recently cared for one of my chickens and the level of compassion, professionalism and expertise she showed was exceptional. It is so clear that she genuinely cares for every animal she treats, and her depth of knowledge is incredible. She took the time to thoroughly explain everything, answered all of my questions, and made what was a very stressful situation feel manageable. We are really happy with the ongoing treatment of our beloved ageing dog, Twix. Lily is an exceptional vet, who is always on the level. She is thorough, communicative and involves us in every step. Sandy too, always is never too busy to chip in with her expertise. Highly recommmend.
Always professional and thoughtful with the care of our family dogs. Sandy is excellent with the rescue that can have challenging behaviours.
