We recently had Galron out to fix our sliding glass doors. The company was very pleasant at first and they fixed the door with no issue; however, the service worker brought in a cart of tools with him that was heavy for him, and he dragged it across our floor, leaving scratches in several places. We notified Galron the same day (April 2). After several messages/calls back and forth, the manager requested we send him pictures. Had difficulty closing & locking a wood sliding door. Arrived within 24 hours and repaired on the spot. Diego was great! He also replaced all the weather stripping and we will be using them for weatherstripping our garage doors as well. I would highly recommend. This is our second time using them & will again for future needs.
