Horrible customer service! I made a down payment for screen weeks ago and they ghosted me. I will need to go to court to get my money back! Totally INCOMPETENT OPERATION!!

My heavy sliding balcony door wouldn’t move at all. I called Galron & they sent Nesta to give me an estimate. He was on time and very polite. He had to remove the door and put new rollers on the bottom of the door. He explained what he was doing every step of the way. It’s like brand new. In fact, the door was never this good! Nesta also left absolutely no mess. I am very happy that I called Galron.

If you have a patio door that is unique and you really don’t want to replace it, then contact Galron Sliding Door. Nestor repaired my door and it is opening and closing like new again. The repair was done in less than two hours.

I was originally planning on replacing my sliding patio doors, but when Ron came out he suggested I just replace the weather stripping and do some maintenance. Not only did it save me a ton of $$, but my doors feel brand new. Highly recommend these guys.

When the repair was finished, I thought that I had a brand new sliding door. The technician was knowledgeable and knew exactly how to fix the problem. I highly recommend this company if you have a problem.
