I walked into the Volvo in North Hills and fell in platonic love with two things: my new XC90 and Kevin McEneaney. I didn’t think it was possible to have a pleasant experience at a car dealership but Kevin proved me wrong. He’s a gentleman! No idea how this dealership is from a sales perspective but from a service perspective i would definitely go elsewhere. They overcharge and underperform. I came in for a maintenance check up and tire replacement and received no maintenance check whatsoever, my car was somehow left with several percentage less than when i got there. Nit to mention they are not very accommodating to car warranties so keep that in mind when coming here.
