Our Volvo is only six months old and has already been in the shop three times for the same issue. Each time we’re told it’s fixed — it never is. Now there are new problems with the screen and Bluetooth that weren’t there before. I spoke with the GM, Michael, who promised to call me back and never did. We are so disappointed in the service and lack of accountability with the team at Volvo. Michael and Hector (service manager) give you their personal cell phone number to make you feel special but never answer or respond.
Alen Yousefpour, the sales representative was very knowledgeable and friendly. He made my experience painless. He was extremely helpful and accommodating. He took his time to show me how the technology of the car works. He bent himself backwards and went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of during the whole process. I was treated like royalty. I sincerely appreciate his professionalism. I'll buy or lease a car from this dealership again. Happy to be part of the Galpin Premier family. I highly recommend!
