I purchased a 2025 xc60 plug in hybrid from Galpin. It was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a car over my many car lifetime. Kevin M was straightforward, interesting and got me the exact car I wanted from another dealer. I hired a broker who was unable to match the deal. Kevin has checked in several times afterward. I told my friend that was Kevin was the type of guy we could be family friends with. Galpin has a big thumbs up from me.
This is my 3rd purchase at galpin and never disappointed me. The team are phenomenal special OMID Jalali who works so hard just to get us the car that we like a big shout out to chris one of the sales manager a simple call in the morning saying i really like the car after 3hrs I got a call from Omid asking what time can i stop by at the dealer to sign the papers. Very disappointed with the sales experience at this dealership. My partner and I were interested in a 2020 Volvo V60, with adaptive cruise control being one of our key requirements for commuting in the Bay Area. After confirming with Martin that this vehicle included the listed features, specifically adaptive cruise, we began the paperwork, and my partner took time off work on Friday, September 19 to fly down and complete the purchase.
