Service cost has gone down hill over the last 4 years. This is my 2nd Mazda purchased/leased from Galpin in the last 4 years. 1. Free round trip shuttle when leaving your Mazda for service has now become 1 way free, you figure out how you're gonna pick up your car afterwards; 2. Galpin now charges an extra 3% for credit card payments. None of this was part of the promise made by Galpin to me when I bought a 4 year Gold maintenance contract with my new 2024 Mazda CX-30 two years ago. Can you spell rip off?
Always great service at Galpin Mazda. Excellent staff and clean. The service advisor keeps you updated with the repair process. Tech gives you a detailed report of required service, cost. Always fair priced and not to long a wait. From the service advisor, tech, and cashier all staff is polite, friendly and very helpful. Makes you feel good about coming to this dealership for service.
Chris Archer provided a 5-star experience! Even though I brought my car in with a few "headaches", his team quickly serviced the vehicle, replaced the brakes, and swapped out my tire under warranty. They got me out of there fast. I highly recommend them—I only service my CX-90 here and won't risk it at any other local shops. Thanks!
