Always great service at Galpin Mazda. Excellent staff and clean. The service advisor keeps you updated with the repair process. Tech gives you a detailed report of required service, cost. Always fair priced and not to long a wait. From the service advisor, tech, and cashier all staff is polite, friendly and very helpful. Makes you feel good about coming to this dealership for service.
Chris Archer provided a 5-star experience! Even though I brought my car in with a few "headaches", his team quickly serviced the vehicle, replaced the brakes, and swapped out my tire under warranty. They got me out of there fast. I highly recommend them—I only service my CX-90 here and won't risk it at any other local shops. Thanks!
What a nice experience! Everyone here is pleasant and a joy with which to interact. From the time I arrived until my car was finished, nothing but good things to say about everyone. The dealership is clean and comfortable and they provide coffee, cookies, and fruit for light snacking. I waited for my car and they texted me when it was ready. You get a video of the maintenance person doing the walk around and he shows you the entire underbody, under the hood, tires and brakes. They even wash your car!
Galpin Mazda Service has been taking care of my Mazda since I bought it from them. They are careful to explain what extra items are necessary and what can be deferred to the next visit. Prices are reasonable for a dealer.
