I scheduled a service recall appointment weeks ahead of time. I live an hour and 20 min away from the service center and it is the closest location near me. I drove to my appointment the day of and when I arrived they told me they had used all seven recall parts already this week and sent me home. I really would have appreciated a courtesy phone call to let me know so I did not waste 2 hours and 40 min of time and gas. Made an appointment for alignment for a 9 am start. As told I could wait and it would take an hour. At 11:15 I asked what was the status of my service. I was told my service rep would check tier right back to me in the waiting area. Over half an hour later the service manager asked me why I was still waiting. Ten minutes later the service rep said it was done and could no excuse for the long delay in service. The reps need to be trained to keep track of their customers and the work orders the take. Will not return.

When I bring my Navigator to Galpin I ALWAYS get GREAT service! Jeff, Tony & Terrell make my experience AWSOME!!! I just ordered a 2021 Navigator Reserve and can't wait to pick it up! Doing business with a family owned dealership is THE BEST!!!
