Do not come here! I took the working van to get service 6 months ago, told *Steve Walker* that the van needs new brakes and oil change. He refuse to do our brakes (giving a attitude), and did not do them but the brakes.. wtv time pass I said ok he might be right I mean he works there right? the time come in 6 months after we drive about 150 miles every day. Well again refuse the service and talked to me as I was dumb.. Any how I got management where they treated me super awful asking to talk to my boss?? when I'm paying??
I recently took my vehicle in for some routine maintenance and had the pleasure of being helped by Michelle Goertz. During my visit, Michelle kept me updated on my vehicle’s status every step of the way, making my visit to Galpin Ford a very pleasant one. Thank you Michelle.
Won't be bringing my vehicle here for service anymore. Made an appointment on a Saturday to have my vehicle serviced and to have very important recall work performed. Galpin Ford has made the decision to not perform ANY recall work whatsoever on weekends because they do not want to schedule the technicians needed to perform the work. It also took me 3 days to get somebody on the phone regarding this appointment. Quality is never the issue, 7 hours for 2 brakes is. Be prepared to wait 1-2 hours past the expected completion time.
