I bought my Explorer 7 years ago from Galpin Ford, and that was a wonderful experience. Since then, I have done all of my service and maintenance work with the Galpin Ford Service Department. I have always had a great experience. I am treated with respect. People say it costs a great deal more to have a vehicle serviced at the dealership and that it may take more time. Purchased an suv recently and a recall came out besides a request a new vehicle inspection, well to make it short Patrick called me he was courteous, professional wen I get to the service center he called Kevin Thompson and both did an excellent job, great customer service five stars for both of them
A few days ago, I went in to get my Explorer serviced, And Michelle Goertz was my advisor. She was very efficient in explaining the estimated time, and also was able to get me a lift to work. After the service was completed she also arranged a vehicle drop off for me since, I wasn’t going to be able to get back to the dealership before they closed due to my schedule. I always get my vehicles serviced there, Thank you Michelle Goertz and Technicians staff. Keep up the good job guys!
