We are so happy with Galpin Ford's Service Center. They also have every part you may want. We drove over an hour just to have the parts department help us with a frame for the front plate. We trust them. If they say they have it, they do. The service department is just wonderful. We have had it serviced for something minor and get this, they pick up your car and return it to you. Do not take your car to Galpin service!!!! We bought three cars from Galpin. I took one there to get service for its very first oil change. That same afternoon, that car completely stalled, engine flat out died one year after purchase. I bought the car brand new from Galpin and it was under warranty. I towed it to Galpin service. They called me the next day and asked me if I put gas in my car after the oil change. I said no I put fuel in the car about two weeks ago. Took my Mach E for a weird clicking sound and they’re feedback was “that’s just how they’re built so it’s supposed to make that noise” took it to Star Ford in Glendale for a second opinion and they quickly identified an issue and fixed it
